Hero WOD’s

CrossFit szybko staje programu „szkolenia” dla naszych wojskowych, Porządku Publicznego i strażaków. Od dnia jeden CrossFit objęła naszych mężczyzn i kobiet w mundurze i wybrali na cześć bohaterów, którzy oddali swoje życie, aby utrzymać nas i nasz kraj bezpieczny.

Te WODs CrossFit Hero wymienione poniżej są jedne z najbardziej intensywnych doświadczeń treningowych, które mogłyby wystąpić.
